In December 2007, Home Information Packs (HIP’s) became compulsory throughout England and Wales. It is now necessary for homeowners, estate agents or solicitors to assemble Home Information Packs for all properties being offered for sale.

We at NEA provide a professional, competitively priced, one-stop Home Information Pack solution.

We can provide full Home Information Packs or any of the individual elements of the pack. The compulsory elements are an Index, an Energy Performance Certificate, a Sale Statement, standard searches and evidence of title. Optional elements are a Home Condition Report, a legal summary, a home use/contents form and non-standard searches. Each element can be priced and supplied separately.
