The founder, Nick Bland, a fully qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor, established NEA to meet the demand for Energy Performance Certificates on the Yorkshire Coast and surrounding areas. He has since progressed to become a full Home Information Pack provider, able to supply all elements of the pack.

Our service commitment.
- We operate a seven-days-a-week service.
- Physical inspections will be done at times to suit homeowners.
- Energy Performance Certificates will be completed within five days.
- Full Home Information Packs will normally be completed within fourteen days.
- We offer free, impartial advice on energy saving measures, suppliers and grant funding.
